Happy Holidays. This is the time of year when we all hit the kitchen and flex a little bit harder on our menu planning and execution. Blackened salmon, Etowah County green beans and stone ground grits, for example.

Hope everybody ate some deluxe food this weekend.

    Crawfish étouffée, prime rib with horseradish-cream sauce, 3-potato gratin, green beans, pecan pie.

    As a seasoned salmon specialties chef, I have to say this dish looks truly delicious! I myself also recommend smoked salmon covered with ginger, basil sauce.
