Update 3/27/2013: Just got word from one of the owners that Bufalina Pizza is in the end game stages of build-out and will, hopefully, be opening in April. The long process of navigating through the city of Austin’s red tape has come to an end and now the team behind the venture is almost ready to fling the doors open.

Anybody on here like Neapolitan style pizza? Then get ready for this: Hot off the tipster button over on the http://www.scrumptiouschef.com/food/ site we got word about a brand new pizza outfit called Bufalina that’s preparing to open in Austin later this Winter/Early Spring.
It sounds like they’re going about it the right way.
